Craftsman: Craftsman-style homes inspired by the arts and crafts period of the early 1900's are also known as bungalows. With extensive wood work, clean edges and rich colors, this style offers a warm and cozy feel. A modern craftsman home will have steep roof pitches mixed with lower roof pitches for excellent curb appeal.
Mediterranean Flavor: The appeal of owning an Italian villa nestled in the hills leads many people to a Tuscan home design. Tuscan style homes and French country homes are similar in that they are very rich in color, using dark woods and lighter wood as accents. Tuscan architecture normally features wood-framed windows along with the use of window shutters. You will find extensive natural stone on the floors. Many Tuscan style homes also have an enclosed courtyard or large covered back patio. Most Tuscan style homes have a stucco exterior which includes stone and corbel accents at the roof line.
Nautical Collection: This collection was inspired by my passion for sailing. I enjoy the nature-provided freedoms that sailing offers, so why not design a home with the same feel? This style of home has large open spaces, playful colors, lighted niches and built-in wall alcoves. Large skylights and unique lighting add to the ambiance. Large outdoor living areas with water features are a must. If you like the Great Room concept, you will love this compilation.
Rustic Elegance: Rustic Elegance is another term for "comfortable disguised as fancy." With soaring roof lines, natural wood ceilings, extensive rock work and hand carved beams this style can be very low maintenance. Custom finishes and wrought iron accents only add to the special feeling this style creates.
Mountain Cabins and Chalets: Imagine it's cold outside, the snow is falling, the wind is blowing, and all the roads have been closed. Here you are in your mountain cabin, safe and sound, snuggled with the ones you love, next to a crackling fire, watching your favorite movie. Check out our pictures and let's get your new cabin built before the snow flies.
