With your plans, we provide a cost breakdown and a detailed description of materials so that you get exactly what you want and know exactly what it will cost. To help the budget, Lewis Estates offers a cost-plus-fee program or a flat fee program which both include 100% builder discounts, and an open book policy where we share all the invoices with you. What we pay- is what you pay, it's that simple.
